OUR PHILOSOPHY |
The Center of Good Health is dedicated to creating a healthier community by developing prevention-oriented indivduals and families. We are committed to providing opportunities to increase the physical, mental and emotional well-being of our members. |
OUR FACILITY |
The Center is a 32,000 sq-ft facility sitting on nearly 5 acres. our facility includes outdoor lighted tennis and basketball courts and walking track, an indoor pool, hot and cold tubs, a 4,000 sq-ft weight training area with over 30,000 lbs of free weights, cardiovascular equipment area, an aerobic room with wood floors for less joint stress, four racquest ball courts, locker rooms with showers, sauna and steam room. |
WEIGHT TRAINING |
Our weight room is a 4,000 square foot, roomy area with over 30,000 lbs of free weights plus more than 40 plate loaded and selectorized machines for your workout program |
CARDIOVASULAR |
Our cardiovascular workout room is equippd with treadmills,Stairmasters, Aerodyne bikes. Cybex recumbant bikes, Elliptical Fitness Crosstrainers, (EFX) and a Step ME. All the equipment you need to get your hear pumping plus a great view of the mountains |
| AEROBICS | We offer a variety of aerobic classes with bench or floor or combinations of both, for all fitness levels from beginner to advanced. Our instructors are certified and dedicated to giving you a workout that is safe and enjoyable |
| AQUA AEROBICS | Anyone can benefit from our Watercise classes - children to senior adults. We have classes for every fitness level, including persons with arthritis or other physical disabilites |
| PHYSICAL EVALUATION | An initial Physical Evaluation is provided by Professional Fitness Trainers. Simply make an appointment at a mutually convenient time. |
| CHILDREN | Free childcare is provided for your children up to age 12, while you are here working out , up to 1 and 1/2 hours per day. The is a $4.00 charge per quarter hour, for each non-membver child. Check front desk for hours of operation |
| BRH AND REHABILITAION & SPORTS CARE | Physical and Occupational Therappy, Athletic Trainin, Industrial and Sports Healthcare at the Center. Pyusicaian referreal and insurance cases accepted. |
| MESSAGE THERAPY | A licensed massage therapist is available by appointment. A massage theriapist's trained and caring togch can have profound effects on your physical, mental and emotional stress. |
| LOCKERS | Lockers are availablefor overnight use free of change once you have registered your number of at the front desk. |
| GROUP ACTIVITIES | The Center is available for lock-ins, birthday parties and group activities outside our regular operating hours. |
