The Foxy Shopper is a publication distributed by the Consumer Savers Club. 

In this publication you will find a list of local businesses which are

participating in the Discount Smart Card.  This is helpful to customers since

not everyone browses the Internet. 

The Foxy Shopper provides one more avenue that benefits both consumer

and the business.  The customers have a hard copy of their favorite stores

and the businesses receive more advertisement.
